Black Lung - 2010

I only vaguely remember where this one came from. At some point during a walk past a bus stop it sort of came to me. Something about the cheek vents breathing out the smoke was such a visceral and creepy cool image that I had to draw it. I think he came off having a sort of seedy, gangster quality.
