Crazy Maenad - 2010

Modeled heavily from an old Dreamblade figure. For those of you not in the know, the Maenad were women from ancient Rome who attended Bacchanalians; wild all women festivals to Dionysus, god of drunkenness and orgies. Legend has it that any one wandering in on one of these parties could be savaged in any number of ways. In truth, these festivals were not believed to be as nuts as the legends that sprung around them, but their fun stories none the less.
