Brood Alien from X-men – Nov, Week 2, 09

I had the bright idea that I'd play up the insectoid nature of the brood by having them swarm out of a sewer in mass. Unfortunately I failed to take into account that I only had one hour to complete the image, hence a lot of angles that don't really work. Still, the image came together all right all things considered. If you look closely, you can see that I ran out of time, and hence there are a few details in the background that are only penciled.
