Doctor Doom – Oct, Week 2, 09

I'm more or less happy with this one. I really tried to ape the Kirby style for the weird Latvarian construct in the background. Doom looks kinda like a dwarf due to the angle, and his crossed arms look a little odd, but hell, part of this project is trying to do as extravagant an image as one can in an hour's time; it ain't always going to come out completely smooth.
